Hi, I’m Barkha and I’m so glad you’re here!
I started my career as a lawyer but my passion for health & nutrition drove me to venture into the space of the wellness world.

During my journey as an entrepreneur manufacturing healthy snacks & desserts, I saw myself catering to the various health conditions of my clients, that’s when I realised, ‘food is medicine’.

My true passion lies in educating people by simplifying nutrition. I would spend hours talking to my clients, friends & family about the importance of nutrition. So, I studied it & have now successfully coached over 100 clients based on their specific health goals- be it diabetes, losing fat, building muscle, treating insulin resistance and managing metabolic syndrome.

So here I am, ‘Talking Healthy To You,’ driven by passion and grit to help you all make better choices with your food & lifestyle.
